Real Madrid have released pictures that reveal plans for their Santiago Bernabeu remodel.
The Spanish giants are looking to enhance their famous stadium and are also considering selling the naming rights to the current 86,000 capacity ground.
Four options have been released showing different potential designs.
Perez spoke about the remodelling plans on Spanish TV, saying:
"We want to award the project later this month.
"There are four candidates for the improvements, and if they hurry up then we’ll see if by the summer we can start work on what will be something very emblematic for the 21st century Bernabeu."
The stadium was last renovated in 2001 and underwent an expansion just two years ago.
If the club do decide to sell the naming rights to the new ground to fund the build, Real Madrid will join the likes of Arsenal and Manchester City in seeing a brand name added to the ground name.
World record signing Gareth Bale was the latest Madrid star to sample the atmosphere inside the Spanish stadium when he was presented to the fans in August.
A video was released last month and photos of the plans have now been added.
