Ángel Di María has done it again. 'El Fideo' lit up another game, with his goal, his enthusiasm and the way he breathes intensity into Ancelotti's team.
"We played a great game, which is what the coach wanted. We tried to do the best we possibly could against an opponent which was on a good run. We've continued to do a good job and we're developing as a team," said Di María.
The Argentine's superb performances have earned him a rightful place in the starting eleven. Ancelotti is delighted with his work rate and his goals.
Di María came out more focused than anyone after the break, unleashed a venomous cross-shot and there was nothing Caballero could do to stop it. He came off to a standing ovation in the 80th minute. He is certainly making life difficult for Gareth Bale.
